Better than therapy 🌸
Plus, one more day to schedule the Astrology & Manifestation Strategy Session!
Even in the spiritual world, flower remedies are something of a cult favorite. They haven’t been popularized the same way as reiki or breathwork, but people who are “in the know” swear by them.
Modern flower remedies were created by a medical doctor, but today, they’re more commonly used for emotional issues.
We know the body-mind connection is real.
So, when you address emotional wounds, especially the ones that stem from childhood or trauma or both, there are observable changes in the physical body, sometimes relieving symptoms such as migraines (and revealing its spiritual counterpart, the third eye).
On my latest podcast episode, I interviewed Anna Cantwell, creator of Wild Plenty flower remedies, about what issues the remedies address, advice for skeptics, how she uses intuition to forage, design, and name her remedies, and—if flower remedies could completely replace modern medicine (!!).
In my novel, Sister Earth, flower remedies are the default medical system. The wise women Sages use their advanced intuition to gather flowers and prescribe them. And it’s not so different than what Anna does in the hills of Colorado!
Be sure to check out the episode, and if you’re intrigued, Anna has a quiz on her website to help you choose the flower remedy that is right for you. At $33 for a month’s supply, this modality is not only much cheaper than therapy, but in my experience, brings lasting change in that short time.
For tomorrow’s full moon eclipse in Virgo, I’ll be leading a session on Insight Timer at 6 p.m. PT.
Virgo is about purification, and with this eclipse activating the South Node, it’s about karmic release.
This is overlaid with the recent Neptune-Saturn conjunction at 0 Aries, followed by a series of other planets (Venus, Mercury, the Sun, and Mars) getting ready to cross that same threshold, one by one. Aries is about the self, identity, and pioneering new starts.
Meanwhile, we’ve had the transition from the year of the snake (shedding) to the year of the horse (momentum) in Chinese astrology.
The assignment is to observe what the universe is dissolving, to see what remains: Your true identity. And then to birth what the new identity wants to express in the world.
If you are still unclear about who you are becoming, I highly recommend scheduling the Astrology & Manifestation Strategy Session with me.
I created this session for this current era. Tuesday, 3/3, is the last day to schedule it with me.
Thank you for exploring the stars with me,
- Dani
